Senior Quantity Surveyor

Location: Johor Bahru

Job Descriptions:

• Lead Bid Assistants and support Contract Managers in developing optimized and competitive bids in collaboration with the Sales Team.
• Analyze customers’ technical specifications to identify product requirements and solution integration needs.
• Evaluate technical requirements and provide timely support throughout the proposal development process.
• Develop and recommend competitive technical solutions to achieve target pricing and maximize bid competitiveness.
• Calculate and validate costs for internal and external scopes based on project requirements.
• Prioritize proposal activities and coordinate submission schedules to meet Sales Team requirements and deadlines.
• Review proposals for accuracy, completeness, and commercial competitiveness before submission.
• Ensure all proposals are prepared and submitted accurately and on time.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate or Professional Degree in Quantity Surveyor or equivalent.
• At least 10 years working experience in Construction, Building and Infrastructure field.
• Applicant must be willing to travel.
• Applicant with knowledge of PAM, FIDIC, JKR, IEM is an advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines when required.
• Ability to work effectively and communicate confidently with people at all levels.
