Senior Project Manager (IT, Saas, AI)

Location: Subang Jaya, Selangor

Job Descriptions:

• Lead project planning, execution, UAT, go-live, and post-launch support.
• Manage scope, timeline, budget, risks, quality, and deliverables.
• Work directly with customers to gather requirements and understand business needs.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution designs.
• Prepare SRS, SDD, process flows, wireframes, and project documentation.
• Coordinate developers, solution architects, AI/data teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for AI, automation, CRM, and digital process improvement.
• Provide project updates and manage stakeholder expectations.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Min 5 years in Project Management, Business Analysis, or IT Solution Delivery.
• Experience in CRM, AI/ML, automation, digital transformation, or system integration.
• Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management experience.
• Good understanding of SDLC, UAT, databases, and software requirements.
• Proficient in Jira; SRS/SDD and wireframing experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• CSM/PSM certification is an advantage.
