Senior Credit

Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Job Descriptions:

• Lead the end-to-end credit control cycle, including initial credit assessments, limit setting, and collections.
• Proactively manage a diverse portfolio to ensure timely payments, and independently resolve complex disputes.
• Analyze and present accounts receivable aging, cash flow forecasts, and risk exposure reports to senior management.
• Partner with sales teams to streamline the order-to-cash process, resolve billing discrepancies, and manage order blocking without disrupting revenue flow.
• Identify and implement improvements within SAP/ERP credit workflows to increase automation and collection efficiency.
• Maintain rigorous internal controls and ensure all credit activities comply with company policies and audit standards.
• Support the finance team with month-end closing, including bad debt provisioning and account reconciliations.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related professional qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of credit control experience
• SAP (or similar ERP) skills and advanced-level Microsoft Excel proficiency (Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and complex data reconciliation).
