Senior Brand Manager ( FMCG)
- Salary RM15,000 - RM20,000
Location: Damansara, Selangor
Job Descriptions:
Marketing Strategy
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to strengthen brand presence and drive business growth.
- Oversee the full product lifecycle, including development, localization, pricing, and product launches.
Create Impactful Campaigns
- Plan and execute integrated ATL and BTL campaigns, influencer initiatives, and trade activations that effectively engage target audiences.
- Lead social media strategy, content development, and community management to build meaningful brand connections.
- Collaborate with influencers and leverage digital platforms to enhance brand storytelling and reach.
Harness Digital Capabilities
- Utilize CRM systems and digital analytics to generate insights and continuously optimize campaign performance.
- Track and evaluate performance across paid media, SEO/SEM, and social channels to maximize return on investment.
- Stay ahead of industry trends by adopting innovative digital marketing approaches.
Collaborate for Success
- Partner with cross-functional teams (ethical sales, medical, regulatory, trade marketing, SFE/training, market research, finance, logistics, and external agencies) to ensure seamless execution and KPI achievement.
Drive Performance
- Work closely with forecasting teams on planning and managing quarterly marketing budgets, monitoring revenue, and evaluating ROI against targets.
- Continuously refine strategies to enhance sales performance and grow market share.
Champion Compliance & Training
- Support product training initiatives and develop detailing materials to equip sales teams with clear and effective product messaging.
- Monitor, analyze, and evaluate product performance to inform strategic decisions.
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with ethical standards and company policies.
- Knowledge of ethical marketing practices and their impact on market potential is an added advantage
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Mass Communication, Nutrition/Dietetics, or a related field; an MBA is an advantage.
- 5–8 years of experience in brand management, consumer marketing, and trade activation within the healthcare or FMCG industry.
- Strong expertise in digital marketing, social media strategy, influencer partnerships, and trade activation.
- Prior experience in nutrition or healthcare marketing is highly desirable.
- Excellent command of English; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is a plus
