Sales Executive (Bakery Ingredients)

Location: Johor Bahru, Johor

Job Descriptions:

• Sell and propose total solutions to customers, including ingredients, tools, and machinery.
• Understand customer requirements and prepare accurate proposals and quotations.
• Identify, explore, and develop new business and market opportunities.
• Provide excellent service and support to both prospective and existing customers.
• Expand the customer base and contribute to the achievement of sales targets.
• Organize sales visits and follow up on payment collection.
• Maintain comprehensive product knowledge and conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
• Keep accurate sales records and regularly review sales performance.
• Follow up on machine installation, commissioning, and technical support in collaboration with technicians when required.
• Coordinate with suppliers, technicians, and customers to resolve technical or product-related issues.
• Support product trials, demonstrations, and application testing for customers.
• Monitor customer usage, feedback, and future requirements to identify and develop new business opportunities.

   Job Requirements:

• Possess at least a Diploma or Degree in a relevant field.
• Preferably have 2–3 years of relevant working experience.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrate business acumen with a proactive problem-solving approach.
• Capable of expanding market reach and customer base while contributing to the achievement of sales targets.
• Good awareness and understanding of market trends.
• Willing to travel outstation when required.
