Sales Engineer (Automation Industry)

Location: Johor / Penang / Selangor

Job Descriptions:

• Identify and engage potential clients who may benefit from the company’s products or services, maximising business opportunities within a designated region.

• Travel to meet with existing and prospective clients to build and maintain strong relationships.

• Develop long-term client relationships by understanding, managing, and interpreting their requirements.

• Advise and persuade clients on products or services that best meet their needs in terms of quality, price, and delivery.

• Participate in negotiating tender and contract terms to ensure alignment with both client and company objectives.

• Achieve regular sales targets and coordinate sales projects effectively.

• Support marketing initiatives by attending trade shows, product seminars, conferences, and other promotional events.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
• 1–5 years of relevant experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Access to personal transportation and willingness to travel for business purposes is desirable.
