Regional Sales Manager (Culinary Dry Mix Products)

Location: Shah Alam, Selangor

Job Descriptions:

• Achieve sales targets and KPIs, identify new business opportunities, grow existing accounts, and expand into new markets.

• Promote new products and propose promotional activities while monitoring market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

• Build strong customer relationships through regular visits and business reviews.

• Manage enquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up to close sales.

• Ensure accurate pricing, timely customer payments, and complete new customer applications with supporting documents.

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

• Participate in trade fairs, meetings, training programs, and support annual sales and marketing plans and budget preparation.

• Prepare and submit monthly sales reports, maintain accurate records, and complete ad-hoc reports as required.

• Define project scope, coordinate with relevant departments, and ensure timely delivery of projects.

• Identify and manage distributors, set annual targets, review performance regularly, monitor pricing, margins, inventory, secure advance orders/forecasts, and perform other duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or equivalent business experience.

• Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Fluent in English and Mandarin (Mandarin is compulsory).

• Minimum 8 years of sales experience in the FMCG food industry.

• Passionate about customer service and product quality.

• Willing to travel within Malaysia and the Asia Pacific region.
