Project Manager x2

Location: Senai, Johor & Melaka

Job Descriptions:

• Plan, manage and monitor the overall progress of construction projects from commencement to completion.
• Develop project schedules, coordinate resources and ensure project milestones are achieved within the agreed timeline.
• Coordinate closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project costs, budgets and resources to ensure the project is delivered within the approved budget.
• Oversee daily site activities and ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards and project requirements.
• Monitor project quality, safety and compliance with relevant regulations and company requirements.
• Review project plans, drawings, work schedules and technical requirements to identify potential issues and coordinate necessary solutions.
• Lead project meetings, site meetings and progress discussions with clients, consultants and project stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve project issues, delays and risks to minimize their impact on project delivery.
• Prepare and submit regular project progress reports, updates and relevant documentation to management and clients.
• Coordinate and monitor the performance of subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality of work.
• Work closely with the Quantity Surveyor and project team on variations, cost control, claims and other commercial matters.
• Ensure proper project documentation, records and handover are completed upon project completion.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of relevant experience in the construction industry with project management.
• Good knowledge of construction processes, site operations, and project coordination.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be willing to travel and relocate to project sites.
