Project Manager (HVAC/Cooling System/CRAC)

Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Job Descriptions:

• Support the PMO Director in coordinating with internal departments to secure necessary resources for project execution.
• Understand client requirements to ensure project objectives are met and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Attend and actively participate in meetings with clients and project stakeholders.
• Assist in developing and monitoring project schedules to ensure timely and efficient implementation.
• Contribute to achieving project profit targets through effective planning and execution.
• Foster strong working relationships with clients, internal departments, and divisions to ensure smooth collaboration.
• Oversee and coordinate all M&E activities on-site to ensure efficient operations and high-quality work.
• Supervise, guide, and motivate project team members, encouraging continuous improvement and optimal performance.
• Ensure all installation works meet the required standards from issuance of purchase order to final payment collection.
• Provide timely updates to customers on project progress, addressing concerns proactively.
• Maintain a strong focus on service quality to uphold customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assist the PMO Director in planning implementation schedules and resource allocation to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) or equivalent.
• 5-10 years of relevant experience in project management, particularly with hands-on involvement in cooling system in data center preparation projects.
• Good leadership abilities, with strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Self-driven, collaborative, and highly customer-oriented.
