Personal Assistant (KL)

  • Salary RM3,000-RM4,000

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Selangor

Job Descriptions:

  • Manage and organize calendars, meetings, and appointments
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner
  • Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, reports, and other relevant documents
  • Assist with travel arrangements, including bookings and itineraries
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning
  • Run occasional personal or office-related errands
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the manager
  • Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in all matters
  • Support senior management with day-to-day administrative duties

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree holders preferred
  • 1 -2 years of working experience in office Administration, or similar role.
  • Good English oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong eagerness to learn and grow
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn
  • Able to work independently and proactive
