Nursing Assistant

Location: JB Town, Johor

Job Descriptions:

• Assist patients with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and feeding
• Help with mobility, transfers, and repositioning
• Respond promptly to call bells and requests
• Measure and record vital signs
• Report changes in patient condition to the nurse immediately
• Assist nurses during procedures and examinations
• Collect specimens and transport patients as instructed
• Greet patients and visitors courteously
• Orient new admissions to the room and facilities
• Escalate patient and family concerns to the nurse in charge
• Follow infection control guidelines, including hand hygiene and PPE use
• Handle clinical waste, linen, and equipment safely
• Keep wards and rooms clean and well-stocked
• Comply with safety and emergency procedures
• Record patient care and observations accurately
• Maintain patient confidentiality (PDPA)
• Participate in training and staff meetings

Job Requirements:

• SPM or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience in a hospital or clinical setting
