Medical & Scientific Content Specialist (MNC)

Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Job Descriptions:

• Review and oversee scientific and medical content for Singapore and Malaysia, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.
• Provide clinical and scientific guidance based on evidence and medical context to support stakeholders during content development and review.
• Support the creation, review, and delivery of compliant digital and omnichannel medical materials.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (Medical Affairs, Commercial, Legal, Compliance, Regulatory, and external agencies) to ensure content is accurate, consistent, and high quality.
• Collaborate with regional and global medical teams to improve efficiency and maintain standards across both markets.
• Complete all required training, including company compliance training, Medical Review Certification, and relevant product and disease training before conducting medical review activities.
• Support and participate in training internal teams, vendors, and external partners on the medical and promotional material review process.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong attention to detail, willingness to learn, and a proactive attitude.
• Good interpersonal skills with strong communication, negotiation, and influencing abilities.
• Strong ability to review, evaluate, and interpret clinical studies and scientific literature.
• Good understanding of pharmaceutical ethical and regulatory requirements, with the ability to ensure compliance with external regulations, internal policies, and SOPs.
