Marketing Associate in Pharmaceutical Industry (Science Graduate)

Location: Damansara Utama, Selangor

Job Descriptions:

• Assist in preparing promotional materials for events/sponsorships and ensure all related documents are properly filed.
• Manage and file purchase orders (POs) and invoices for submission.
• Support the organization of secretariat events, including obtaining quotations, securing confirmations, preparing documents, handling RSVPs, and managing event materials.
• Track and coordinate the preparation and delivery of promotional and brand materials to outstation locations.
• Handle sponsorship-related documentation, such as sponsorship letters, public service announcements , and vendor registration forms.

Job Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Bioscience, Biology, Biochemistry, Biomedical Science, Biotechnology, or a related life sciences discipline. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
• Good communication, people management and ability to manage relationships professionally
• Good organizational skills with inherent discipline in time-management capabilities, keeping project documentation up-to-date and in order
• Proficient in MS-Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Proficiency in English & Bahasa Malaysia is required.
• Willingness to take initiative and self-starter will be advantage.
