Product Manager (Food supply and fresh produce distributor)

Location: Seri Kembangan, Selangor

Job Descriptions:

• Translate principal brand strategies into effective local market plans and execution
• Develop and manage annual and quarterly brand and product plans, including portfolio and lifecycle management
• Lead go-to-market planning, product launches, promotions, and in-market activations
• Support Sales teams with product training, toolkits, and channel strategies
• Monitor and analyse brand performance, including sales, margins, pricing, distribution, and promotional effectiveness
• Prepare forecasts, business cases, and post-launch or campaign reviews
• Manage marketing budgets and track ROI
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain to ensure execution readiness
• Ensure brand consistency and compliance, acting as the brand custodian in the local market
• Represent the company professionally in principal meetings, reviews, and negotiations

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience managing brands or products within the F&B, FMCG, or food distribution industry
• Candidates with hands-on experience dealing with hotels, restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, and other F&B businesses will be a strong fit for this role
• Experience in brand management, product management, or commercial roles
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
