Legal Expert

Location: Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur

Job Descriptions:

• Assist in reviewing and preparing legal content, documents, and prompts.
• Evaluate and analyze content and prompt outputs generated from content databases, AI, and automation tools, providing recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate within an agile project team, working closely with product, content, and technology specialists on legal and AI assessments.
• Develop clear documentation of legal processes and guidelines for content creation, review, and AI interaction.
• Regularly monitor the implementation of legal standards in AI tools, ensuring that the outputs remain compliant with relevant regulations.

Job Requirements:

• Possess a Law Degree from a relevant jurisdiction or a legal qualification with knowledge of the Malaysian and/or Singaporean legal system.
• A minimum of 3 years of post-qualification legal experience (PQE).
• Candidates with experience in transactional law, such as drafting legal documents, corporate and commercial transactions, or in-house counsel roles, are encouraged to apply.
• Strong interest in and awareness of AI technologies.
• Proficiency in legal research, preferably using various legal research platforms.
