IT Executive

Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Job Descriptions:

• Manage daily IT operations and ensure stakeholder IT/Digital requests are handled efficiently.
• Work with the Digital Manager & IT Head to assist with IT security reviews and solution planning.
• Support vendor onboarding by coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
• Assist in marketing campaigns, ensuring approved content is used for emails, SMS, and WhatsApp messages.
• Set up and manage Zoom/MS Teams meetings and provide on-site support during events (including weekends, if required).
• Execute e-mail/SMS/WhatsApp campaigns using approved digital marketing tools and report on performance (KPIs).
• Coordinate IT & Digital projects, ensuring smooth collaboration between business and IT teams.
• Continuously learn and adapt to new IT and Digital tools while working closely with business stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as an IT Executive.
• Proficiency in Power Automate, SharePoint, and PowerApps are an advantage.
• Strong communication skills and able to work in a team.
