Human Resource Manager

  • Salary RM9,000 - RM11,800

Location: Shah Alam, Jalan Ampang Kuala Lumpur, Puchong

Job Descriptions:

  • Strategic HR Advisory: Provide comprehensive HR advice and support to managers and employees on a wide range of strategic and operational HR matters.
  • Learning & Development: Assess training needs, design and implement skill-building, leadership, and soft-skill programs.
  • Culture & Change Management: Promote organizational values, diversity & inclusion, and support change initiatives.
  • Industrial Relations: Ensure and maintain harmonious industrial relations within the organization.
  • Payroll Management:
    • Manage end-to-end payroll operations including handling payroll queries, updating the payroll master file, making revisions, and computing adjustments.
    • Ensure compliance with payroll policies and statutory requirements.
  • Compensation & Benefits (C&B):
    • Lead C&B reviews, job grading exercises, and market benchmarking studies.
    • Support the organization’s talent management and retention strategies.
  • HR Reporting & Budgeting:
    • Consolidate and analyze HR data to prepare reports for HR budgeting, manpower costing, and compensation planning.
  • HR Systems & Data Integrity:
    • Maintain and update the Human Resource Management System (HRMS) to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Performance Management:
    • Oversee and support the full performance management cycle including goal setting, reviews, confirmations, and performance improvement plans.
  • Policy Compliance:
    • Regularly review and update HR policies, procedures, and the employee handbook to ensure legal compliance and alignment with best practices.
  • Recruitment & Retention:
    • Manage recruitment processes and provide insights into talent trends.
    • Recommend and implement effective employee engagement and retention strategies.
  • Employee Benefits & Welfare:
    • Administer employee leave and insurance benefits efficiently.
  • HR Documentation:
    • Prepare and manage all HR-related documents such as appointment letters, confirmations, promotions, and resignation acceptances.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align HR analytics with business objectives.
  • HR Framework Development:
    • Contribute to structuring a robust HR system and practices that support professional HR career development within the organization.

 

 

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • At least 10 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Manager or Assistant Manager specializing in Human Resources Management.
  • We need a hand on person. Able to drive HR department for company expansion/ IPO plan and Team’s objectives
  • 3 Full-Time Positions available.
