Fire Protection System Engineer

Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Job Descriptions:

• Manage and execute fire alarm system installation and commissioning works on project sites.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure timely and compliant project delivery.
• Conduct site inspections, testing, and troubleshooting of fire detection and alarm systems.
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and commissioning checklists.
• Ensure all installations meet local fire codes, safety regulations, and project specifications.
• Provide technical support and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Attend project meetings and provide updates on progress and issues.

Job Requirements:

• Professional Cert/Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in fire alarm system installation and commissioning.
• Experience in construction, Data Center or M&E projects is highly preferred.
• Good understanding of fire safety standards and regulations.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple project sites.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel to project sites.
• Mandarin Speaker is preferred as will need to liaise with Chinese stakeholders.
