Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

Location: Damansara Uptown

Job Descriptions:

• Managing month end closing activities by working closely with Manager & Share service center to ensure completeness & accuracy of the P&L.
• Conduct variance analysis to track performance against budgets and forecasts and provide insights on deviations & propose improvement/remediation plans.
• Ensure local & regional reports are published and delivered on schedule.
• Assist in the development of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.
• Support Manager to automate/simplify reporting and forecasting process.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve the efficiency of financial reporting and planning activities by work closely with stakeholders to close the gap.
• Support ad-hoc financial projects and analyses as required by management.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experience in accounting, financial management, planning and reporting.
• Degree in Accounting or Professional studies
• Fluent in financial and business communications and can effectively express self and ideas
