Field Bolting Applications Engineer

Location:  Masai, Johor

Job Descriptions:

• Travel to client sites to inspect, identify, and troubleshoot issues related to bolts and nuts.
• Perform stress tests on bolted joints using hydraulic tensioning equipment.
• Provide technical solutions, prepare comprehensive reports, and offer recommendations based on field findings.
• Support Australian team in ongoing projects and technical inquiries.
• Ensure safe and efficient use of hydraulic tools and equipment on-site.

Job Requirements:

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in mechanical or field engineering, preferably involving hydraulic systems or bolted joint integrity.
• Strong understanding of bolts and nuts, torque/tension concepts, and mechanical stress calculations.
• Strong knowledge of stress/load calculation formulas for bolt tensioning applications.
• High Proficient in English (both written and spoken)
• Technically inclined, analytical, and able to work independently at client sites.
• Open to all races/nationalities.
