Data Management Analyst (MNC)

Location: Shah Alam Glenmarie, Selangor

Job Descriptions:

• Support daily operations, including processing Material Master Data requests in the ERP system
• Identify, analyze, resolve, and report process and system issues, including related data clean-up activities
• Liaise between Data Management Office (DMO), IT COE, consultants, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination
• Apply strong system and business knowledge to bridge technical and functional teams
• Analyze and interpret large volumes of data to understand data impact and optimize data usage
• Act as a master user for databases and support data-related projects
• Perform data cleansing, data validation, data mapping, and testing activities
• Provide go-live support for system implementation and enhancement projects
• Ability to work with large volumes of data; sort, filter, pivot, summarize, and perform error checks
• Ability to run basic queries over data sets to extract relevant information

Job Requirements:

• A Bachelor Degree in Business or other relevant qualification.
• 2-3 years of working experience in data management or strong understanding of master data is an added advantage.
• Proficient in using SAP/Oracle and MDG systems. Familiarity with SAP data objects—especially vendors, customers, and bank branches—is a plus.
• Pro-active, Energetic, Meticulous and strong in analytical skill
• Strong proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PIVOT)
• Multitasking, fast learner, and able to adapt to fast pace environment.
