Customer Service Executive (Freight Forwarding)

Location: Taman Molek, Johor

Job Descriptions:

• To attend to customer inquiry and complaints via phone call and email.
• To handle both import and export shipments.
• To place booking for shipment and prepares shipping documents needed.
• To prepare custom form and apply duty exemption.
• To follow up closely on the shipment status.
• Coordinate containers movement.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a SPM/STPM/Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Logistic/Transportation, Maritime Studies or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
• 1 year related experience in Logistics/Forwarding/Shipping Line is an added advantages
• Fresh graduates who are passionate to pursue career in Forwarding/Logistics are welcome to apply. 
• Malaysia citizen.
