Credit Control/Account Receivable Executive

Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Job Descriptions:

• Prepare AR Aging based on month end reporting template.
• Maintain and update customer contact point for collection reference.
• Track and calculate provision by customer and invoice on a monthly basis in view of month end finance close process.
• Contact and follow up with customers regarding overdue payments and escalate to Financial Controller and Managing Director.
• Perform back up role for existing Finance team tasks.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/ Finance or related field.
• At least 1 years and above of working experience in Credit Control.
• Knowledge of SAP system will be an added advantage
