Business Analyst, Controlling (Immediate Hiring)

Location: Damansara , Selangor (Hybrid)

Job Descriptions:

• Manage the month-end closing process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting to stakeholders.
• Maintain a strong control environment across the region, particularly in Free Cash Flow (FCF).
• Ensure the balance sheet remains in a healthy and accurate position.
• Partner closely with the Marketing Company and Global Finance Services (GFS).
• Support initiatives to improve cash generation.
• Assist with direct and indirect tax matters by providing financial data to Marketing Company and tax consultants in compliance with local tax requirements.
• Provide accurate data for transfer pricing, including new implementations and annual revisions.
• Coordinate with external partners to ensure timely and accurate statutory reporting to relevant authorities.
• Support business decision-making by delivering financial insights and analysis for ad hoc requests in line with SLA.
• Ensure adherence to corporate governance standards and accountability for effective financial reporting controls.
• Continuously identify opportunities to standardize and simplify processes.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with 5–7 years of experience in General Accounting or Controlling.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin (spoken and written), with the ability to communicate clearly and present financial matters confidently to non-financial stakeholders.
• Proven experience in change management and driving stakeholder engagement.
• Strong ability to collaborate effectively within diverse, global teams.
• Hands-on experience with SAP systems.
