Associate Regulatory Specialist (MNC)

Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Job Descriptions:

• Support regulatory compliance activities, including product assessment and approval, and label review.
• Working with chemical regulations and compiling regulatory developments.
• Prepare, manage, and submit regulatory documents and applications for product registration, notification, and renewal.
• Assist with all regulatory issues related to the business unit, customers, or customs.
• Manage regulatory database and documentation to ensure it is up to date.
• Support EBS implementation.
• Assist with product Registration operational activity, Regulatory filing, Submissions, and confidential parts of submissions for products and permits.
• Perform other duties as assigned by regulatory lead.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Biology, Chemistry, Medical Science, or equivalent.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs.
• Fresh graduate is encourage to apply.
• Confident, mature, and resourceful with a pleasant personality and willingness to learn.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills required
• Good communication skills with possessing good oral and written skills.
• Proficiency in English is essential.
• Discretion and trustworthiness in dealing with confidential information.
• Good in Windows and MS Office applications.
