Application Engineer ( Electric Automation)

Location: Selangor/ Penang 

Job Descriptions:

• Offer technical expertise and consultancy during the sales cycle, helping shape system concepts and solutions.
• Design electrical and mechanical aspects of solutions based on customer requirements, emphasizing standard product usage.
• Develop practical application proposals leveraging deep product knowledge.
• Conduct feasibility studies using sample setups, simulations, or calculations to validate solutions.
• Provide remote and on-site technical support during after-sales commissioning.
• Assist Sales Engineers in determining pricing and conditions, ensuring solutions reflect their value.
• Undertake ad hoc tasks and special projects as assigned by the Line Manager.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Diploma holders may be considered with 3–4 years of relevant experience in the Electric Automation (EA) field.
• Proven experience in electrical/mechanical design, system solutions, or related technical consultancy is preferred.
