Sales Service Engineer Executive – KL

Location: Kuala Lumpur

Job Descriptions:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, HVAC, M&E Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in HVAC, chiller, cooling tower, air-conditioning or M&E industry.
• Experience in service sales, repair sales, maintenance sales or retrofit sales is preferred.
• Good understanding of HVAC systems, chillers, cooling towers and related equipment.
• Experience handling customer enquiries, site visits, quotations and service proposals.
• Able to identify customer requirements and recommend suitable repair, maintenance or retrofit solutions.
• Good communication, negotiation and customer relationship management skills.
• Able to coordinate with service engineers, technicians, vendors and subcontractors.
• Experience in commercial buildings, industrial facilities or data centres will be an advantage.
• Willing to travel for customer visits and site work.

Job Requirements:

• Develop and follow up on HVAC service, repair, maintenance and retrofit sales opportunities.
• Manage existing customers and develop new customer accounts.
• Conduct site visits to understand customers’ HVAC and equipment requirements.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and service recommendations.
• Follow up with customers on quotations, negotiations and order confirmation.
• Coordinate with service engineers and technicians to ensure smooth delivery of service works.
• Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors for repair and retrofit works.
• Monitor service and repair work progress and ensure customer requirements are met.
• Identify opportunities for equipment replacement, system upgrades and energy-saving solutions.
• Handle customer enquiries, complaints and service-related issues.
• Maintain proper sales, quotation and customer records.
• Achieve assigned sales and service revenue targets.
