Associate Regulatory Specialist

Location: Bandar Sunway, Selangor

Job Descriptions:

• Support regulatory compliance activities, including product assessments, approvals, and label reviews
• Work with chemical and cosmetic regulations in Singapore and Malaysia, while monitoring and compiling regulatory updates
• Prepare, manage, and submit regulatory documentation for product registration, notification, and renewals
• Provide support on regulatory-related matters raised by business units, customers, or customs authorities
• Maintain and update regulatory databases and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Assist in EBS implementation initiatives
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Regulatory Lead

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science (Chemistry or related field)
• Prior regulatory experience is an advantage; however, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with good interpersonal abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows applications
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Able to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
• Capable of handling confidential information with integrity
• Keen interest in learning and staying updated on regulations and industry standards.
