Senior AI Engineer

Location: Klang

Job Descriptions:

• Lead end-to-end implementation of AI solutions across multiple departments, driving digital transformation initiatives
• Identify, evaluate, and recommend high-impact AI use cases to improve operational efficiency, decision-making, and business outcomes
• Design and develop advanced AI applications, including intelligent chatbots, predictive models, and data-driven decision systems
• Analyze complex datasets and provide actionable insights to management for strategic decision-making
• Integrate AI solutions into existing workflows, enterprise systems, and platforms, ensuring smooth adoption and scalability
• Monitor, evaluate, and optimize AI models and implementations to ensure accuracy, performance, and business value
• Research emerging AI technologies and industry trends, and propose innovative solutions for long-term competitive advantage
• Provide technical guidance and advisory to management and teams on AI strategy, best practices, and automation opportunities
• Document AI architectures, workflows, and implementation standards to enable knowledge sharing and organizational learning

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering or related field
• 3–5 years experiences in AI / data / digital transformation
• Proficient in Python and machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
• Experience with AI tools (e.g., OpenAI / ChatGPT API, chatbots)
• Familiar with data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI) and basic cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
• Strong understanding of data processing, ML concepts, and system integration
• Able to translate business needs into AI solutions and advise management
• Independent and hands-on
