Medical representative – Glucose Monitor Device (Diabetes)

Location: Kota Kinabalu, Sabah

Job Descriptions:

• Leverages expertise in diabetes science, omnichannel engagement, and the healthcare landscape to deliver tailored value to healthcare professionals at every stage of adoption.
• Builds and sustains strong relationships with healthcare professionals, earning trust and respect through diverse engagement channels, including digital, virtual/remote, and face-to-face interactions.
• Utilizes customer insights in a two-way process: applying engagement data to guide strategy and actions, while collecting feedback and behavioural data to refine customer profiles and engagement approaches.
• Tracks competitive market activities and provides actionable market intelligence to support informed business decisions.
• Supports territory sales forecasting and account planning to ensure effective business management.
• Works collaboratively with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales Force Effectiveness/Training, and others) to enhance customer engagement.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory and quality standards, while maintaining confidentiality and supporting related activities.

Job Requirements:

• 2–3 years of professional sales experience in a multinational company, preferably within the healthcare industry.
• Analytical, energetic, and results-driven in a performance-oriented environment.
• Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Science, Pharmacy, or related fields.
• Achieve sales targets in assigned channels/territories and contribute to margin versus plan.
• Execute business plans aligned with marketing strategy to achieve annual business objectives.
