Service Technician

Location: Kukup, Johor

Job Descriptions:

• Provide technical and service support to district accounts.
• Identifying and resolving customer pain points, escalating as required.
• Execute required chemistry tests, log and report data, and maintain product inventories.
• Install, calibrate and maintain chemical feed equipment and process monitoring equipment.
• Assist Sales Representatives with start-ups of new applications in both existing customers and in new accounts.

Job Requirements:

• SPM or Diploma in Chemical Engineering or equivalent with 2 years of successful technical service or field sales support experience.
• Experience in water treatment – cooling tower, chiller, and boiler are preferred.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
• Willing to travel and assist in the maintenance and recovery of faulty equipment.
