Project Manager

Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Job Descriptions:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of an IT project from initiation to closure.

• Define project goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.

• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets; manage changes and risks throughout the project lifecycle.

• Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure smooth project execution.

• Facilitate regular meetings, status updates, and clear communication with stakeholders.

• Monitor project progress and proactively resolve any issues.

• Ensure compliance with organizational standards, policies, and procedures.

• Support the implementation and scaling of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) initiatives, preferably with prior exposure or understanding.

• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and QA teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.

• Maintain comprehensive project documentation including plans, risk logs, and post-project reviews.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Project Management.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Preferably familiar with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) concepts or implementations.
