FOC Tracking Support Executive ( 6months)

Location: Damansara, Selangor

Job Descriptions:

• Track and manage Free of Charge (FOC) deliveries for both Malaysia and Singapore markets.
• Monitor and trace FOC Purchase Orders (POs) received from CPRR customers.
• Review historical delivery data and customer usage trends to determine appropriate FOC quantity allocations.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely delivery planning.
• Maintain well-organized records and prepare reports for audits and internal business reviews.
• Support process improvements related to FOC tracking and reporting activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in FOC management.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Prior experience in administrative support, logistics, or supply chain is an added advantage.
• Experience in the healthcare or diagnostics industry is preferred.
• Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data validation.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks or priorities.
