Key Account Executive (FMCG)

Location: East Coast (Pahang/ Terengganu/Kelantan)

Job Descriptions:

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and actively build new partnerships, with a focus on the East Coast region.
• Monitor market, customer, and competitor trends to recommend strategies that enhance the company’s competitiveness.
• Self-driven, with a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate value propositions and influence decision-makers at all levels.
• Capable of executing sales plans that align with company objectives and adapt to market dynamics.
• Demonstrates strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive in identifying growth opportunities, both through new customer acquisition and expansion within the existing client base.
• Highly disciplined, with a positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
• Strong relationship management and client engagement capabilities.

Job Requirements:

• Industry Experience: FMCG, Retail Sales, General Trade
• Minimum educational background – SPM or equivalent
• Active Drivers License
• Good in communication skills.
• Minimum 2 year sales working experience in FMCG line
