Demand Planning Executive

Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Job Descriptions:

• Responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing rolling forecasts for products across Southeast Asia markets.
• Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain teams to align on demand assumptions and improve forecast accuracy.
• Analyze historical data, market trends, promotional activities, and customer insights to develop accurate and data-driven forecast models.
• Identify and explain forecast variances, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with supply planning teams to effectively manage inventory levels and optimize service performance.
• Support new product launches, product phase-outs, and seasonal demand fluctuations through robust and proactive planning.
• Prepare comprehensive demand planning reports and dashboards to enhance business visibility and support data-driven decision-making.
• Ensure planning master data is accurate, consistent, and up to date across relevant systems.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Statistics, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Candidate with experience in SAP/Oracle or similar is an advantage.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Meticulous, Proactive and results-driven.
