Dynamics 365 ERP Technical Consultant (F&O)

Location: KL

Job Descriptions:

• Work together with clients to comprehend their needs as a business and convert them into technological requirements.
• Create, develop, and modify Dynamics 365 ERP systems in accordance with customer requirements.
• Carry out data migration, system configuration, and application integration.
• Investigate and fix technical problems with Dynamics 365 ERP.
• Give end users training and technical support.
• To make sure the system operates well and is reliable, conduct quality assurance and testing.
• Keep abreast on the most recent developments and trends in Dynamics 365 ERP and related fields.
• Keep records of technical configurations, designs, and processes.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
• Malaysian only
• At least 1 years of experience in Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Hands-on experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in Dynamics 365 ERP.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy in technical designs and documentation.
