Office Administrator cum Receptionist (MNC)

  • Salary RM5,000 - RM6,000

Location: Shah Alam, Selangor

Job Descriptions:

  • Greet, welcome, direct, and announce visitors in a professional manner.
  • Handle incoming phone calls by answering, screening, and forwarding them, while providing basic information as needed.
  • Receive and sort daily mail, deliveries, and couriers.
  • Manage the pantry and stationery supplies, ensuring they are well-stocked.
  • Manage office licenses, oversee office cleaning services, and maintain office facilities.
  • Coordinate company events, including birthday and festive celebrations.
  • Handle PR/PO processing for office and HR-related expenses.
  • Maintain a tidy, organized, and attractive reception area
  • Ad-hoc assignment when is require

 

Job Requirements:

  • SPM/STPM/Foundation/Diploma/A-level are welcome to apply.
  • At least 2-3 year working experience in office admin
  • Detail oriented, organize, multitasking and able to work independently.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office applications
