Chemical Engineer (QA – Customer Support)

Location: Shah Alam, Selangor

Job Descriptions:

• Manage and resolve customer complaints effectively.
• Analyze product defects and provide justifications based on findings.
• Recommend corrective and preventive actions for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with internal departments and customers to ensure smooth communication and issue resolution.
• Collaborate closely with various departments, particularly production and sales.
• Travel overseas to meet with international customers as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science or Chemistry, or a related educational background. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Fluent in spoken and written Mandarin (minimum SPM level), English, and Bahasa Malaysia. Japanese language skills are preferred, but not required.
• Highly committed, with a positive attitude and strong self-confidence.
• Possesses excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
