Admin cum Receptionist (3 months Contract)
- Salary RM2,000 - RM3,000
Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor
Job Descriptions:
- Greet and welcome guests/visitors as soon as they arrive at the office
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, and forms)
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Order office supplies and keep inventory of stocks.
- Update calendars and schedule driver’s trips.
- Support Admin Division (Raise Purchase Order, Process Invoices)
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, etc.
- Perform all other ad hoc tasks assigned by the related department.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Fresh graduate is encourage to apply.
- Detail oriented, organize and able to work independently.
- Demonstrates excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft office applications
- Contract & Immediate position
