Admin cum Receptionist (3 months Contract)

  • Salary RM2,000 - RM3,000

Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Job Descriptions:

  • Greet and welcome guests/visitors as soon as they arrive at the office
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, and forms)
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
  • Order office supplies and keep inventory of stocks.
  • Update calendars and schedule driver’s trips.
  • Support Admin Division (Raise Purchase Order, Process Invoices)
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, etc.
  • Perform all other ad hoc tasks assigned by the related department.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Fresh graduate is encourage to apply.
  • Detail oriented, organize and able to work independently.
  • Demonstrates excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office applications
  • Contract & Immediate position
