Raw Material Planning Support

Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Job Descriptions:

• Support daily planning and procurement of local JIT raw materials, and packaging materials.
• Collaborate closely with plant planning and purchasing teams to ensure the timely availability of materials.
• Coordinate with local suppliers to monitor delivery schedules and promptly address any supply issues.
• Manage short lead-time materials, ensuring replenishment aligns with production requirements.
• Maintain the accuracy of planning master data for local materials.
• Generate regular reports and updates on material status to facilitate informed decision-making.
• Assist in preparing handover and training documentation for a smooth transition to permanent headcount.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.
• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in supply planning, procurement, or materials management.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in Excel.
