Process Engineer ( Fresh Graduate) -Chemical Engineering

Location: Klang/Port Klang, Selangor

Job Descriptions:

• Support the production team by aiding in plant upgrades, modifications, and both preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Work closely with the Department Head to implement and maintain 5S, HACCP, FSMS, EMS, and safety protocols within the department.
• Maintain and improve the overall condition of the plant to minimize downtime and breakdowns.
• Lead the maintenance team and contractors to efficiently execute plant projects.
• Assist the production team in providing training on plant operation, maintenance procedures, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Plan and organize maintenance supervisor duties and schedules to ensure effective execution of preventive maintenance programs.
• Supervise and enforce safety regulations to uphold a secure working environment within the plant.
• Ensure adherence to food hygiene and safety programs, including monitoring process control parameters and addressing any non-conformances or potential safety hazards promptly.

Job Requirements:

• Candidates should hold at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in fields such as Food Science/Technology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Material Science Engineering, or Bioengineering/Biomedical Engineering.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin languages is required.
• Knowledge of food safety or food technology would be an added advantage.
