Commercial Strategy Manager

Location: Shah Alam, Selangor

Job Descriptions:

• Utilize business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI) to transform data into actionable insights and presentation materials for management.
• Prepare comprehensive reports with key findings, analyses, and strategic recommendations.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret market data from research firms and existing sources to identify industry trends, competitive dynamics, and regulatory changes.
• Conduct SWOT analysis to assess market opportunities and threats, and identify potential growth areas.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to compile, update, and manage brand assets, product information, and marketing materials for export markets.
• Support brand management, campaign coordination, and social media strategy development.
• Analyze financial performance data and key metrics to guide strategic decision-making and business planning.
• Assist in evaluating and identifying potential partnerships, acquisitions, and strategic alliances.
• Support operational processes, including customer onboarding, account setup, and order management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute strategic projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Monitor project progress, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful outcomes.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Data Analyst, Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or any other relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in related role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Candidate who has knowledge in Power BI are encouraged is preferred.
• Possess excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Possess good interpersonal communication skills.
