Senior Technical Specialist (Mechanical/Electrical)

Job Descriptions:

• Responsibility to perform routine check-up of all running machines (e.g. belts, bolts, leaks, etc) in order to deliver continuous production running with good products.
• Work with technical team to improve the plant productivity and reduce machine breakdowns in the plant.
• Troubleshoot on TA Flex (Tetrapax equipment), Servicing of processing equipment including vales, homogenizers, tubular heat exchangers, mixed proof vales and etc.
• Troubleshoot straw applicator, multi shinker, tray packer, tray shinker for downstream equipment after filling machine.
• Preventive Maintenance: To do preventive maintenance to ensure continuous production with minimal downtime. Maintain machine conditions.
• Maintenance Execution: Oversee scheduled plant maintenance, carry out corrective actions, and support the technical team in reducing equipment breakdowns.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure a safe working environment by following equipment safety standards, maintaining cleanliness, and addressing safety observations. Lead safety assessments (LMRA) before any activity and suggest improvements.
• Quality Assurance: Resolve machine issues following the Quality Plan, perform root cause analysis (RCA) for any deviations, and coordinate with Quality for line release.
• Machine Operation & Troubleshooting: Perform troubleshooting, routine inspections, and breakdown maintenance for production equipment, maintaining hygiene standards post-maintenance.
• Continuous Improvement: Actively inspect machines, identify and escalate abnormalities, and participate in continuous improvement (CI) projects to optimize processes and enhance productivity.

To be successful in this role:

• Qualification: Diploma in Electrical Engineering & Mechanical Engineering
• Working experience in electrical maintenance machine equipment in the Food & Beverage factory.
• Willing to work in shift rotation.
