Maintenance Engineer (Electronics Manufacturing)

Location: Johor Bahru, Johor

Job Descriptions:

• Perform regular inspections, maintenance, and repairs of production machinery and equipment to ensure optimal operation.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for yearly, monthly, weekly, and daily tasks.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies by conducting safety inspections and risk assessments.
• Provide technical support and guidance to technicians, assisting in training on proper equipment operation and maintenance procedures.
• Manage the inventory of spare parts and ensure it is sufficient when needed.
• Maintain detailed documentation of maintenance activities, including IATF 16949 compliance documents, and prepare regular reports for management.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Candidates with technical knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Knowledge of LabVIEW programming is an added advantage.
• 2 years of working experience in a manufacturing environment.
