Senior Accounts Executive (Shah Alam)
- Salary RM5000-RM6000
Location: Shah Alam, Selangor
Job Descriptions:
- Review journal prepared by SSC on Monthly Closing
- Payroll reconciliation – 3 way Reconciliation
- In charge of full offshore & cost plus month end closing
- Review Bank Reconciliation & adjustment
- Review Balance Sheet Schedule & adjustment
- Reconciliation between On-Hand Inventory & Stock Take
- Weekly Collection report to operation
- Monthly collection report to Regional
- Bi-weekly SOA to client
- Follow up payment Status
- Support Assistant Manager on annual tax computation
Job Requirements:
- Possess at least Diploma/Degree in accounting or equivalent accounting qualifications i.e. part ACCA, or graduate in accounting related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel and with knowledge of any accounting system.
- Preferably with a least 3-5 years of working experience
- Meticulous with figures, accurate, knows how to handle stress and shows initiative.
