Medical Affairs Manager

Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Job Descriptions:

• Develop and implement medical strategies that align with company goals and regulations.
• Provide expertise and work closely with commercial and cross-functional teams.
• Act as the main medical contact for healthcare professionals, answering questions and providing product education.
• Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and professional organizations in the region.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create and deliver training programs for healthcare professionals.
• Keep up with industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory updates to make informed decisions.
• Lead the agenda for generating clinical evidence and support the execution of regional studies.
• Analyze regional market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Represent the company at medical conferences and relevant events.
• Ensure all activities comply with regulations and guidelines.

Job Requirements:

• Degree/Advanced Degree (e.g. BPharm, PharmD., MD, PhD) in a relevant scientific discipline.
• At least 5-6 years of working experience in Medical Affairs / Medical Science Liaison (MSL) or related field
• Applicant with knowledge of medical technology/ Medical Device and the healthcare landscape is added advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
• Able to travel as required
