Field Service Engineer

Location: Johor Bahru, Johor

Job Descriptions:

• Install and configure analytical equipment at customer sites according to specifications and requirements.
• Ensure that installations are completed on time.
• Perform routine maintenance and preventive maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
• Provide technical support and assistance to customers, addressing their questions and concerns.
• Train customers on the proper use and operation of equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of service visits, progress service, and maintenance reports.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Promote service agreements and forward fresh leads on new instrument opportunities to the sales manager.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electrical/Electronics, Mechatronics Engineering.
• Experience with installing, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment and systems.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel across states and within Malaysia.
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
