Tele-Sales/Telemarketing (MNC)

Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Job Descriptions:

• Engage with Potential and Existing Customers: Reach out by phone to generate sales and enhance customer product selections.
• Promote and Inform: Sell company products and inform customers about promotions, updates, and other activities.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to leverage previous sales data for repeat business.
• Weekly Reporting: Submit a weekly summary detailing tracking and monitoring activities performed.
• Sales Analysis and Development: Analyze potential within sales territories to develop prospective customers and achieve targets for account coverage, distribution, and active accounts.
• Monitor Investment Plans: Share responsibility with Business Development Managers in overseeing investment plans.
• Coordinate with Internal Teams: Liaise with Finance, Compliance, Customer Service, and Logistics teams to ensure customers receive all necessary documents and adhere to procedures.
• Build Customer Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster support, loyalty, and advocacy.
• Customer Recruitment and Retention: Recruit new customers, retain existing ones, and work to regain any lost customers.
• Support Debt Collection: Assist internal stakeholders in controlling and tracking customer debt to ensure a high collection rate.
• Utilize Sales Tools: Utilize RESCO sales tools (Tracking and Monitoring) to enhance sales force efficiency.
• Review Territory Coverage: Analyze and review sales team coverage for territories within the agreed timeline.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Studies/Administration, Commerce, Food Technology/ Nutrition/Dietetics or equivalent.
• Fluent in both English & Bahasa Melayu.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication skills.
