Human Resource Executive

  • Salary RM3,000 - RM4,000

Location: Subang Jaya, Selangor

Job Descriptions:

Employee Benefits & Welfare

  • Coordinates the administration of employee insurance policies (Group H&S, Group PA, Outpatient, and travel insurance).
  • Manages employee welfare programs, including staff consumption products, dental/optical claims, product vouchers, and purchases.
  • Handles the complete process of employee leave administration.
  • Prepares the annual public holiday schedule.
  • Maintains and updates the list of employee benefits to ensure it accurately reflects entitlements.
  • Participates in coordinating Staff Club activities with the Staff Club Committee.

Recruitment

  • Supports the recruitment process for positions from Executive level down to lower levels.
  • Drafts notices and advertisements for open positions.
  • Ensures all job descriptions (JDs) are current and maintained in the system.
  • Assists in the onboarding of new staff, including preparing offer letters and necessary documentation, arranging pre-employment screenings, coordinating orientation, maintaining employee personal files, and conducting orientations for Executive level and below.
  • Manages and coordinates staff contract administration.

Training and Development

  • Handles employee training requests and processing.
  • Manages HRDC grant applications and claims, ensuring approval of training grants before training and reimbursement by HRDF afterward.
  • Maintains and updates records of employee training activities.

Human Resources Administration

  • Compiles and maintains employee records and movements, both in hard copy and electronically.
  • Updates the organizational chart on a monthly basis.
  • Ensures that staff personnel files and statutory documents are accurately maintained and kept confidential.
  • Manages the end-to-end offboarding process for departing employees.
  • Conducts exit interviews for employees at the Executive level and below.
  • Assists in preparing for monthly staff meetings, including creating slides, coordinating venue setup, ordering cakes, and managing logistics during meetings.
  • Processes Purchase Orders and Payment Requests for the Human Resources Department.
  • Prepares various letters for employees as needed.
  • Updates HR notice boards with relevant information.
  • Manages HR inventory, such as access cards and projectors.
  • Provides clerical and administrative support for daily HR operations and duties.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management / Business Studies / Administration / Management or equivalent.
  • 1 year experience working in Human Resource field.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Good communication skill in English.
  • Excellent problem-solving skill.
