Internship for Customer Relationship Management (6 months)

Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Job Descriptions:

• Verify the accuracy of incoming online and offline leads before uploading them into the CRM database.
• Assist with user testing and data verification in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and other CRM test environments.
• Generate monthly reports on leads and new users for both online and offline channels.
• Extract and manage customer information for the fulfillment agency to facilitate the provision of product samples to customers.
• Track sample inventory and provide monthly reports on available sample stocks in the warehouse to the brand teams.
• Monitoring sample inventory and delivering monthly reports on available sample stocks in the warehouse to the brand teams.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to provide necessary support for any CRM reports required.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administrative, International Business students or equivalent fields are welcome to apply.
• Good Communication skills in both verbal and written.
• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Melayu.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Able to commit 6 months. (Aug 2024 – Jan 2025)
